If you decide not to receive the reminder e-mails, simply click the "unsubscribe" link in the e-mail.

You will not be able to unsubscribe the service related e-mails like the once with your tax return status. You must have a valid email address to ensure that you receive all our alerts and communications through email. If you request to be removed from the service related e-mails list, the only way to obtain the status of your tax return filed with us is to log into your account on the Web Site(s). If you need to change your e-mail address and you have to do it manually by accessing your account. Contact TAXGARDEN Customer Support if you believe that you have delivered TAXGARDEN with an invalid e-mail address or if you require additional e-mail address alteration support.

Financial Information – We collect credit card, banking, and other financial data ("Financial Information") from you to let you to pay to use the Software and Services and, in some cases, to let the tax authorities credit your account for tax obligations through Electronic Funds Withdrawal or direct debit. You will know when we are gathering Financial Information from you, since you will provide it to us through the Web Site. Sometimes, we shall get appropriate information that we want from third parties. For example, if you pick to pay with a credit card, you will have to give us your credit card information. As another example is, if you choose to pay your tax obligations by means of electronic funds withdrawal, you have to give your banking information.
